DESIGN DAY

Moscow Design Museum together with the All-Union Institute of Technical Aesthetics revive a tradition and organize the Design Day celebration on the 29^th of April. This professional holiday was held by the All-Union Institute of Technical Aesthetics during many years - up till the end of the 1990s – under the name “Moscow Design Day”. Today we not only expand the event’s boundaries by including all the country’s regions into the map, but we also make this event annual for all Russian designers!

Event’s program 2013:

14-00 – 18-00  Important Applied Sciences conference  held by the All-Union Institute of Technical Aesthetics “Innovation potential of Russian design”  with participation of leading specialists of the Institute and guest specialists.

18-00 – 20-00   Presentation Program “Designers about designers” held by Moscow Design Museum. 12 designers from different Russian agencies and studios will talk about themselves and designers, who are close to them: from the world-known classics to contemporary designers. Guest participants: Red Keds, Depot WPF, DesignDepo, Direct Design, Artemyi Lebedev Studio, FunkyPunky, IZO Kunstgruppe, TNC Design, Integer/TBWA, Just design, ABC Design etc.
